Introduction

By downloading or using Gold Drop (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the App.

Gold Drop is a minimalist timing game where you tap to drop a ball and try to hit a moving target to score points. By using the App, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Intellectual Property

You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the App (except where the law allows it).

All intellectual property rights related to the App — including its design, gameplay, visuals, trademarks, and content — remain the property of Daniel Fernandes.

User Content

Gold Drop may allow you to share content (for example, your score) using your device’s share features. If you choose to share, the destination app or service you pick will handle that information under their own terms and privacy policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that anything you share is lawful and that you have the right to share it.

App Usage

You agree not to misuse the App. This includes:

• using the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• attempting to interfere with the App’s functionality or security
• attempting to exploit bugs, manipulate scores, or submit fraudulent leaderboard scores

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to features (including leaderboards, if available) if misuse is detected.

Device & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your device, as this may:

• compromise your device security
• affect the proper functioning of the App

Gold Drop is not responsible for issues caused by modified or insecure devices.

Connectivity & Charges

Some features of the App may require an internet connection (for example: crash reporting, analytics, or optional leaderboards if enabled).

You are responsible for:

• any data charges incurred through your mobile provider
• any roaming or network-related costs

We are not responsible for the App not functioning correctly due to lack of connectivity.

Leaderboards (Optional)

If the App includes leaderboards, they may be provided through platform services such as Apple Game Center or Google Play Games Services.

Leaderboards are optional. If you choose to sign in or submit a score, those platform services may process information associated with your platform account under their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not guarantee that leaderboards will always be available, error-free, or supported on every device or region.

Performance & Limitations

While we aim to provide a smooth experience, the App:

• may behave differently depending on device performance, OS version, or available memory
• may contain bugs or temporary interruptions
• does not guarantee that you will achieve any specific results, scores, or progress

Use of the App is at your own discretion.

Updates & Availability

We may update, improve, or change the App at any time.

You agree to:

• install updates when available
• accept that features may change or be removed

We may also discontinue the App or any part of it without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Gold Drop is provided "as is" and "as available".

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daniel Fernandes is not liable for:

• any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill
• any issues resulting from the use of (or inability to use) the App

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
